9/4/2010 - Over 12’s (including beginner riders who are grown ups!) will be able to ride in the Junior Burger 30 minute event if they do not feel they can complete a lap of the main course. Please talk to the rego crew on Saturday or Sunday if you are interested.
WANTED – 1 or 2 junior riders (male or female) aged 13/14 years to join 2 AWMTB juniors in a team of either 3 or 4. Email enquiry@mtbwagga.asn.au if you are interested.
8/4/2010 - 2 days to go. PJ has been putting in some big hours this week marking out the track and fixing up sections of rutted out areas. It’s now all ready to go. Lots of entries have been coming in over the past week but remember you can still register on Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. Don’t forget to check out the great promotions on offer to riders from GU and Sportsmans Warehouse.
7/4/2010 – Gary Fisher and TREK will have a number of demo bikes available for people to test ride on the day. Feel free to take one of these bikes out for one of your laps. Just go to the TREK tent and the guys will be happy to help you out.
6/4/2010 – Don’t forget your lights if you are planning on riding in Saturday night’s Radical Lights Dash for Cash. Earlier laps can start from 6pm for those without lights but the real fun is in doing this one under lights. All riders go in the draw for an $800 set of Radical Lights. Entry is free for 3+3 entrants and $5 (+ MTBA licence) for anyone else.
5/4/2010 – 5 Days to Go. Pomi is looking in great condition and thanks to above average rainfall in January and February, it’s looking greener than many locals can remember it at this time of year. Plenty of green undergrowth and several species of wildflowers will add to the awesome riding. A few showers are forecast for this week, which if they come off, will help pack the track down and make for perfect conditions. Will keep you updated.

21/3/10 – A Dirtjumping Demonstration will be held at the transition hub throughout the course of the 6 hour enduro. Wagga boasts 2 of Australia’s top dirt jumpers in Cam Rouch (Australian U19 Champion) and Billy Hindmarsh (one of the top open age dirtjumpers in the country – injury in training prevented him from competing in this years nationals in Adelaide where he was the favourite to take out the open title). These guys and their mates do some amazing tricks including 360 spins, backflips, tail whips, superman seatgrabs and will guarantee to keep everyone at transition entertained.
